Silent Auction with all proceeds going to AC Paw and they will be on hand with dogs, cats, and hopefully puppies and kittens for adoption! We will be serving snacks and refreshments. Last year we had door prizes every 1/2 hour and a lot of freebie give-aways. We have educational displays set-up for everyone, hospital tours and Teddy Bear surgery and face-painting for the the kids (make a pretend incision and find a prize) We will also be having Pam Johnson (dog trainer) there with her agility equipment (weather permitting!) for demostrations, or for people and their pets to try for themselves! We are working on coordinating a demostration by a police K9 unit too.

This is our 2nd Collars for a Cause. Last year we adopted out 18 animals! Please come and support us as Dave Kring contributes by putting $50.00 toward every adoption! Horse Shows By the Bay
The 2008 edition of Horse Shows by the Bay will be held July 16 to Aug. 3 at Flintfields Horse Park, 10 miles east of Traverse City. The show is sanctioned by the United States Equestrian Federation and is also recognized by the World Champion Hunter Rider Awards Program, Show Jumping Hall of Fame, North American League and the Young Jumper Championships. 9th Annual Howl at the Moon - True North Golf Club
Save the Date for our Howl at the Moon gala with live and silent auctions and so much food. To be held at True North Golf Club in Harbor Springs. Auctioneer Jim Miller will be on-hand to entertain our bidders as they raise funds for the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society shelter. This is our biggest fundraiser so don't miss out on this great party!
